The Business program of the NewCo is the following:

- to build during 2008 our own Pilot Manufacturing  Plant , where to complete the research and the refininement of the product

- to present the final delivered configuration at the end of april in Montecarlo Seminar.

- to establish partnership agreements with cars and gearboxes OEM for Joint Ventures located all over the world.
